Official cooperation framework

  1. Legal basis: Based on Vietnam–Taiwan education agreements, in compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
  2. Target audience: High school and university students, teachers, and education administrators.
  3. Scope: TOCFL Chinese training, study-abroad consulting, scholarships, teacher exchange, professional seminars.
  4. Implementation: TVEG provides the technology platform; departments and high schools execute locally.
  5. Reporting: Quarterly reports delivered to partner departments.
